Who operates REYNO
REYNO is a private social competition service for friend groups, operated by Rivka Mazuz as an individual / sole operator. Rivka Mazuz determines how REYNO uses personal information. Contact the operator through the request form at https://reyno.win/support. Save the request ID and receipt key to read the reply. You can also email cronvysupp@gmail.com.
Providing information is voluntary, rather than a general legal duty. Email, authentication credentials, a display name and eligibility and Terms acknowledgements are necessary to create an account. Without them REYNO cannot provide an account. Optional photos, submissions and contact messages are your choice; declining them can limit the corresponding feature.
Accounts and device information
Supabase Auth processes your email, password authentication, account identifiers and sessions. REYNO stores a display name, optional avatar, account creation time, eligibility acknowledgement, legal-document versions and server-recorded acceptance times. The iOS app stores sessions in the Keychain and appearance and language preferences on your device. Group time zones support challenge scheduling.
REYNO uses this information to authenticate you, provide the account, keep competition consistent and protect the service. It does not require your date of birth or independently verify your identity or age. Do not put sensitive information in your display name.
Groups, friendships and visibility
REYNO processes group names, creators, memberships, private invite codes, friend requests and relationships, Crown and Court roles, reign history and Mature Mode settings. Current group members can see group profiles and game information allowed by the relevant phase. Friend-relationship records are restricted to participants. Global ranking uses account progression; a player profile requires shared-group access.
Avatars, challenge photos and Court photos use private authenticated Storage access. Avatars are available to their owner and eligible members of a shared group; other photo access follows membership and game-phase rules. Blocking hides profile and content access between the affected players. Shared scores and game results can remain. Anyone permitted to see content can still copy or photograph it. Keep invite codes private.
Photos, text, votes and game records
REYNO processes selected photos, song selections, text and member responses, votes, predictions, friend-question answers, CP, Coins, cosmetics, progression and game events. Submissions and individual ballots are disclosed according to game phase, rather than indiscriminately to all members. Completed Court responses are visible to the group, subject to removal and blocking.
The app prepares resized uploads from photos you select. It does not require unrestricted access to your entire photo library. Only share content you have permission to use, particularly images of other people. Do not submit private addresses, credentials, intimate images or sensitive information that the game does not need.
Apple Music
With your permission, MusicKit searches the Apple Music catalog. A selection can include its song identifier, title, artist, album, artwork link, duration, explicit-content flag, ISRC and Apple Music destination. Court selections contain a smaller set of these fields. REYNO does not use this integration to read your personal library or listening history, or play music inside REYNO. Apple handles its own services under its privacy policy and terms. You can change Music permission in iOS Settings.
Coins and purchasing
Real-money purchases are disabled for this non-commercial launch. Coins earned through play, their ledger, cosmetics and loadouts are account data. The service rejects purchase-credit requests and does not offer an Apple purchase or restore flow. If necessary historical financial or anti-fraud records exist, only the relevant transaction identifier, account reference, product, credit amount and date are retained under the financial retention rule below.
Safety and operator contact
When you report a player or content, REYNO stores the reporter, affected player and group identifiers, content reference, reason, your explanation, server-captured evidence and review status. The operator can review evidence, remove content or restrict an account. You can read your own report status and the operator’s response in Settings → Legal & Support → Safety. Other players cannot read your report or the operator’s private evidence.
Website contact requests contain the topic, message, request identifier, status and operator response. A random receipt key protects access to a reply; the server stores its hash. Keep the key secret. The website hashes the network address with a server-held secret to limit abuse; it does not store the raw address in the request database. Identity verification may be needed before account information can be released or changed. Do not send a password or unnecessary sensitive content.
If you email cronvysupp@gmail.com, the operator receives your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. Gmail (Google) processes this correspondence under its own service and privacy practices. Email is optional; the private website request system remains available. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers and international processing
Supabase provides authentication, database and image storage for REYNO’s project in AWS Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Cloudflare hosts the public website and its lightweight server functions on global delivery infrastructure. Providers may use other locations for operational support, security and service delivery. Apple processes Apple Music requests and its own device/service information. Information can therefore be processed outside your country.
Information is shared with these providers to deliver the corresponding functions, with intended group viewers to provide the game, and with the operator to handle safety and contact requests. Necessary disclosures may also occur to meet a legal obligation, protect people or the service, or resolve a dispute. REYNO does not sell personal information or use the implemented service for advertising tracking. It does not promise a particular regulatory certification or universal compliance status.
Retention and deletion
Active account information is retained while the account is active and as needed to operate REYNO. Use You → Settings → Legal & Support → Delete Account, enter your password and confirm. Deletion starts immediately without a cancellation window. It removes memberships, friendships, profile identity, wallet, cosmetics, loadout and personal progression. Exclusively owned avatar, challenge and Court image blobs enter Storage cleanup; original music and Court response content is cleared. The profile becomes “Former player”. Authentication is removed after image cleanup succeeds. A failed cleanup stays pending and is retried; pending is not reported as complete.
Shared challenge outcomes, Crown history, standings, ballots and game/economy events may retain a pseudonymous former-player reference where removing a record would corrupt multiplayer history. After 24 months from account deletion, scheduled maintenance further unlinks the original account identifier from retained game history. Some challenge records are removed sooner as settled history is pruned. No old-to-new identifier mapping is kept by this maintenance. Group members may remember past events, so this does not guarantee that every historical event becomes impossible to recognize.
Necessary financial and transaction records are retained for seven years, or longer for a documented legal obligation. Technical abuse-limit records are removed within 90 days; scheduled-job logs follow the same maximum. Provider technical logs follow the provider’s shorter applicable plan retention. Information needed for an active security investigation or legal obligation may be held longer. Resolved contact correspondence and safety cases are retained for up to 24 months after resolution, unless law requires a different period.
REYNO’s current free Supabase project has point-in-time recovery disabled, and the provider reports no available customer backups. REYNO has not configured a separate off-site backup. Provider-managed recovery copies, replicas and infrastructure records may expire through the provider’s normal processes rather than immediate selective erasure. No fixed expiration period for such residual copies is promised. Deletion does not request a purchase refund.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile, remove your avatar, choose what to submit, manage friendships and blocks, change local preferences, revoke Music permission and delete your account. You may request access to information about you and correction of inaccurate information. Other rights, including deletion, portability or objection, depend on the law that applies to you. Use the website contact form, choose Privacy, explain the request and save your receipt key, or email cronvysupp@gmail.com. The operator may ask for proportionate proof of identity and explain any lawful refusal or exception. You may also contact the competent privacy authority.
Security controls include authentication, database access policies, restricted operator credentials and private image downloads. These reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Never send your password through a contact or safety report.
Eligibility and Mature Mode
REYNO is for people aged 13 or older. Users below the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. REYNO is not intended for children under 13. Contact the operator if you believe an ineligible child has an account.
Mature Mode is strictly for groups whose members are all 18 or older. The person enabling it acknowledges this for the group. That acknowledgement is not formal age or identity verification. Mature Mode allows more personal adult-life prompts; it never permits explicit sexual content or violations of the Community Guidelines.
Policy changes
This policy has a version and effective date. Material changes may be communicated through REYNO or the website. When updated Terms require acceptance, REYNO checks the current server version before continued play. The current documents remain readable in the app and at https://reyno.win/privacy.
