Start in REYNO
- Open REYNO and go to You.
- Open Settings → Legal & Support.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Read what happens, confirm your password, then confirm deletion.
What happens
Deletion starts immediately, without a cancellation window. Account access ends and you leave your groups. Original photos, text and music selections are removed; your profile becomes “Former player”. Your wallet, Coins, cosmetics and personal progression are removed.
Shared results, Crown history, votes, weekly standings and accounting records retain a pseudonymous former-player identifier. A remaining member takes over group ownership where available. Unfinished challenges involving you expire. Deleting your account does not automatically refund Apple purchases.
If removal cannot finish
The server keeps a retryable cleanup request until Storage and authentication removal succeed. It reports a pending state instead of claiming completion. There is no cancellation once deletion starts. Shared game history is further unlinked from the original account identifier after 24 months. Necessary financial records follow a seven-year rule. Resolved contact requests and safety cases expire after 24 months. Provider-managed residual copies expire through normal provider processes; no fixed backup expiration is promised.
